The place is outstanding and we highly recommend to everyone. There's lots to do and the apartment has all the amenities and then some. We had a great time : )
Our stay here went better than we could have expected. The apartment was spacious, cleaned and equipped with everything you might need and more. It is located right in the middle of the of the park so you have pools to both sides and good walking distance to beach entrance. John and his care taker were always available via call or text if we needed to contact. My only complain is that my family and I didn’t stay longer😩 I will defined consider staying again and recommending to our family & friends.
We've stayed at this property before and this was the best unit we've rented! It was tastefully decorated, kid and family friendly with all the comforts of home. The staff managing this property was always responsive and professional, tending to our needs. We look forward to visiting Puerto Rico and staying at the Starlight again!!!
We plan on coming back again. Close to all the attractions and great food
Annette attentions and help were great. The apartment has everything and more, you name it, it had it. It also was beautiful and clean. It was a getaway for my son, my mother and me. We invited 4 of my sons friends and they had a blast with the pool/tennis table and sound equipment!! The pools were awesome, the surroundings were beautiful, the security great. I hope to be back next year. I only wish the administration would let at least two more guests per apartment.
We spent 3 nights at Starlight in June of 2017. It was a wonderful trip and since there are no other reviews I thought I would go into some detail. The unit: I can't say for sure but I think this is the best unit in the entire property. From the rooftop patio you have clear views of El Yunque National forest in one direction and in the other direction views of the ocean. If it were my unit, I would have the rooftop decked out with lights, water features, plants etc, but hopefully that is coming:-) Everything is exactly as described and we lacked for nothing. Of course there were starter supplies of all the basics but there were also things that we didn't expect, like basic spices and even a small welcome bottle of Don Q rum (thank you!!). The beds were very comfortable and we slept better than I can remember. Everything was upgraded and very nicely done. I feel like the pictures don't do it justice. The property managers were quick to respond and very helpful with all of my questions. Aquatika: Staff was very attentive and protective and obviously took their jobs very seriously. But they were playful too. One of the attendants at the guard gate helped my daughter find ripe mangoes on the property that had fallen to the ground. It was truly a highlight of the trip for her! There were 5 or so pools: One out the front and back of each set of units. So you were never more than a few steps from any given pool. Each one had a different "vibe" i.e. kids, adults etc. but all were clean and well maintained. There were a few restaurants close by but I would say plan for your dinner before you come back in for the night. There was a Ralph's grocery store that was quick access. Location: I feel like the property is perfectly situated to explore all parts of the NE side of the island. My biggest recommendation is to take Hwy 187 from Loiza to Old San Juan at least once during your stay. It added about 15 minutes (or more depending on traffic) to total drive time over using Hwy 66 but was absolutely worth it!!! Roadside fruit stands and kioskos for food were a highlight. And the views of the ocean were remarkable. Every time we would come around a corner and to another clearing our mouths would drop. So approx 45 min to Old San Juan, 15 minutes El Yunque and quick drives to Loquillo and Fajardo as well. Overall a wonderful trip. We also spent 3 nights in Ponce also and loved the island, the people and the food. Go to PR!!
