As you come out of the airport bear right onto Route 26. Or if you are coming from further away, as you drive west on Route 26 you pass the main airport entrance/exit to your right.
Get on (or stay on) the main highway, leaving the Embassy Suites Hotel on your right.
Take the next exit to your right, to Isla Verde Avenue. At the exit there is a Burger King on your right, and just past the exit is a Banco Popular and a pedestrian overpass over Route 26.
You immediately come to a traffic light. Turn right.
Immediately on your right you pass the Tryp Isla by Wyndham Hotel.
Get into the left lane. After about 150 yards you pass Allied Car Rental on your right.
Right after there is a large speed bump/pedestrian crossing. Ahead to your right, on the corner, is Pizza City.
At the speed bump turn left into the entrance to the Marbella del Caribe parking lot, which is just past the speed bump. To the left of the entrance is a pedestrian walkway that gives access to the beach.
The entrance gate requires a remote control unit to open, which you don't have. But there are two speaker boxes on the left that let you communicate with the security guard. Use the box marked Oeste and tell him you are going to unit 1003 in the West building, and he will open the gate.
Turn right into the parking lot and then take the second lane to the left to the security desk at the lobby entrance.
You can park the car there for 15 minutes.
Go to the security desk and identify yourself. The desk will have been alerted to your arrival and will give you access to the lobby.
The elevators are to the left around the corner.
Go to the 10th floor. 1003 is to your left when you leave the elevator area, and it is the last unit down the hall.
On the door frame of the apartment, on the left is a lock box. Lower the cover and enter the 4-digit code that you have been given. There is a little lever to the left of the tumblers; press it down and the lock box opens, and the emergency set of keys with a green tag is inside.
Use these keys to open the apartment. Inside it you will find 2 sets of keys on the table, one with a blue tag and one with a red tag, and also a remote control unit for the parking gates. Please return the lock box key set (green tag) to the lock box, this is the emergency set. Scramble the code.
Take the keys and the remote control unit back to the car.
Drive back to the main gate (the sign says Do Not Enter, just disregard it) and turn right, down to the underground parking lot. Use one of the 2 buttons on the remote control unit to open the gate, you usually have to get quite close to the gate for it to activate.
Once inside continue straight to the end, turn right and park in space 323, on your left.
The elevator area is about 100 feet beyond the parking space. Take your luggage up to the apartment.
Each key set consists of 1 key for the front door of the apartment and a fob that provides access to the building, the beach and the pool.

Nice Beachfront Condo-Beautiful View
Beautiful location and view, within steps of the beach. Reservation and check in was seamless. Friendly assistance was provided with questions on transportation from airport and car rentals. very pleased with our stay at this property
Our overall impression was very favorable, especially considering what this island has been through! I gave the rating 5 stars because we were totally satisfied. The rental people were very accommodating and adjusted to our early arrival. The condo was obviously not new but clean and all the staples were provided ; some being salt, pepper, some spices, cooking spray, and dish soap. Also we valued all the outdoor amenities and having outdoor equipment and towels and chairs. Also there was a welcome gift of perishable food (some of which were coffee, eggs milk , meat and cheese) That was a very nice touch. Overall great stay and experience in PR! From the very beginning, the Marco Pollo team was helpful and responsive. Annette and Tania were awesome! The only reason why I didn't give my stay a 5 stars is because the bathrooms are a little dated and could use some minor renovations! Great apartment and company
We stayed in this apartment last year and it was perfect. The apartment was large and all the amenities were provided. We even rented a crib and the company was very responsive when we needed to disassemble it to move it to another room. We also got "stuck" in PR because of a snowstorm at home, and they were super accommodating, letting us stay for a few days after our rental agreement. We are staying in another of Marco Polo's properties this spring (this exact apartment wasn't available or we would have stayed there again). Great location with beautiful views
The apartment is located in a great area near to restaurants and supermarket and right in front of the beach. It was clean and stocked with food when we arrived (cheese, bread, eggs..). BEYOND EXPECTATIONS !!!
stayed in this awesome condo for 9 nights, building and unit were very clean and well cared for. There was ample room for our party of 6 , a few very minor maintenance issues upon arrival that were taken care of immediately. Booking was easy and safe. My family and I spent a week in this wonderful condo. There were six of us and we had plenty of room. The location is convenient and easy to get to. The condo is in nice condition and was very clean. There was bread, eggs, milk, juice, cereal and more there for us, which was so nice as we came in later in the day. The view is breathtaking and the beach is amazing!
