We were greeted by Annette (so sweet!) upon arrival to the villa..what a beautiful place! Plenty of room for our family of 6, super clean and comfortable. The fridge/ pantry had been stocked with provisions to get us through breakfast. The bottle of rum and mexican beer made the unpacking much easier! Really, a perfect vacation for a family of any age or size!
Booking the property was super easy and the property managers were very quick in responding to availability and other questions we had. The Not only is the property beautiful, but the grounds and surrounding area are equally as gorgeous. We loved spending our time at the pool located right off of the ocean. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck off of the master bedroom and enjoying wine and cheese. Having use of the golf cart was really nice. We could easily buzz to the spa, the restaurants, the boat house, beach or pool using this mode of transport. We had a great meal at Fern at the St. Regis and enjoyed their bar area for pre-dinner drinks. We would definitely book this property again.
Upon arrival, we were met at the beautiful property to provide us with the key and tour of the home. The property is very spacious, well equipped, and even stocked with some groceries, and beverages as well. The Bahia Beach resort is impeccable, and the golf cart was perfect for seeing it all. We had an amazing vacation, and cant wait to return!
This is a beautiful home to stay in. Well cared for and a feeling of luxury. Upon our arrival we were welcomed personally and received a few groceries to start our stay off (bread, meat, cheese, rum, etc.). A nice touch. We were traveling with a toddler, so the chair that converted to a bed in the bedroom was just perfect for him! Yes! We enjoyed the patio area and it's beautiful surroundings. The kitchen had all we needed. Having a golf cart to get us to the beach and clubhouse pools was very nice. Thank you for sharing this home with us.
We had a perfect stay at this 3BR unit in Bahia Beach. We had stayed at the St. Regis hotel many times before, but were traveling with extended family and decided to stay in a condo for this trip -- which ended up being a great decision! The unit was spacious and well kept with a beautiful view of the mountains/lake/golf course. Everything worked perfectly throughout our stay and we loved having a golf cart at our disposal to get to tennis, golf, dinners, etc. The resort pool/beach area was beautiful and fun, and we also spent some late afternoons at the closer condo pool and the kids loved having the soccer field just outside our unit. Everything with the booking process and payment and all communications about the unit was perfect -- prompt and professional. We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Kitchen was very well equipped. The major grocery store is a quick drive. Very clean, very quiet. We loved it. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and very professional.
We had an exceptional stay at the Villa Francesca at the St Regis Bahia Beach Resort. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious, beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was great, the bedrooms and bathrooms large and super comfortable, -and the patio overlooked the golf course, so great for dining or relaxing outside. The property itself was beautiful and we loved using the golf cart to get to the pools, beaches and kayaking. The restaurants were excellent with great service. The team at Marco Polo were very responsive, helpful and professional and made our stay and rental experience stress free. Our family of four were incredibly comfortable in the space and we had a fantastic stay. We highly recommend the Marco Polo group and the St Regis. Wonderful experience!
We had a great stay at Villa Francesca....a lovely condo equipped with the quality comforts of your home in a lush tropical setting. Any questions we had prior to our arrival and during our stay were answered or addressed immediately. The condo is very spacious and large enough for 6 people and guests. It was a nice touch to have a few basics (eggs, milk, coffee, juice, rum, bread, bug spray) waiting for us when we arrived but I would recommend stopping at a store in town since you will be hard pressed to find a place to buy groceries nearby. Don't forget to bring all of your toiletries since there are none there. Remember, this isn't a hotel with maid service. We used the golf cart quite a bit and it definitely aided in getting around the property which is quite large. We relaxed at the nearby pool (just steps away) which was nice, quiet (no services) and lush as well as the clubhouse pool that overlooks the ocean (you need the resort pass to go here) which was more lively but you could buy drinks and food there (this is where the restaurant Molasses is located). This larger pool or pools are also on the ocean so you can take long walks, pretty much by yourself since there is no one else around. The property itself it well taken care of and the people who work there couldn't be nicer. The Bahia Beach Resort a quiet place so if you're looking to unwind and relax, I would highly recommend staying here.
We wanted to stay at the St Regis Bahia Resort but were constrained by the small quarters for a family of 5. We were lucky enough to rent this villa and were very impressed by the incredible accommodations. The entire stay was very turnkey from arrival to having a golf cart for us to use. The furniture is even nicer in person and the beds are all very comfortable. The bathrooms are very large and luxurious. The kitchen has everything you could want and the concierge can even stock the kitchen before you arrive. They have a washer/dryer which makes everything easy for traveling light. The backyard is right on the golf course with beautiful views. We plan to go back every year and you can't beat the price!
The pictures and description do not do Villa Francesca justice. It is an impeccably furnished space with top notch decor and every amenity being designer quality (down to the Wusthof knives and Emeril cookware) The patio area was so peaceful and serene with a lovely golf course view (and the sweet sound of coqui frogs at night) Being a short walk to the BoatHouse which had a variety of kid's activities from kayaking and paddleboarding to slides and water trampoline made it a hit with the younger members of our party. The pool just steps away was also a daily treat. We utilized the grill area as well. The golf cart took us to the Golf Course pools and Sandy Beach area which were beautiful But perhaps our favorite spot was Sand Dollar Beach where we walked, played and relaxed. The tiki hut cabanas were awesome! The Bahia Beach Resort is a gem. It is somewhat remote so do your grocery shopping before entering the resort because once you get there you will not want to leave. We did leave to do a trip to the El Yunque Rainforest which is close by. A day snorkel catamaran trip from Farjardo was also enjoyed. Evening restaurant trip to Luquillo was an adventure...good food but kiosks a bit scary. Stick to the resort. The staff at Marco Polo group is so incredibly easy to work with and so accommodating. We would not hesitate to use them again. Great job Annette.
Well furnished with very comfortable living room and bedrooms. The breakfast items were a nice touch.
The unit is spacious, beautiful, clean and well-maintained, with stunning artwork, and all the amenities one would need. The St Regis Bahia Beach resort is spectacular, offering numerous activities, fine dining, and wonderful, friendly staff. Marco Polo Collection were communicative, professional and a pleasure to deal with - even paying quick attention, and resolving a maintenance issue. Would not think twice about booking this place.
